If you're a natural sales gun and want to take your next step in leadership, this is it. 

We’re looking for someone with full availability across the following shifts:

• Monday: 8:30am-6:15pm
• Tuesday: 12pm-6:15pm
• Wednesday: 12pm-6.15pm
• Thursday: 8:30am-3:15pm
• Sunday: 9:30am-5:15pm

About the role:

As our Third In Charge, you'll be the glue between the team and store leadership, trusted to keep things running when the manager or assistant manager isn't around. Whether you're owning the floor, pushing targets, or making sure the store looks sharp and stock is flowing, you'll be central to the action. 

In this role, you’ll:

• Run the floor and drive a strong sales culture on every shift 
• Support with opening and closing the store, cash handling, and daily operations
• Back the team to hit targets and deliver standout service
• Keep visual merchandising on point and stock levels in check
• Lead with energy, positivity, and purpose, even when the pace picks up

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has is a proven sales superstar who thrives in a busy, high-pressure retail space 
• Are confident leading a team and getting the best out of others
• Know your way around stock, systems, and visual merchandising
• Have top-notch communication skills and a great attitude
• Are flexible and reliable, with availability across weekdays and weekends
